About DevNetOps Digital
A Seoul desk practice for traders who need position sizing and stop-loss planning settled in plain numbers.
Why we exist
Too many desktop traders treat the size field as an afterthought. They pick an entry, then fill quantity from habit. DevNetOps Digital started in Gangnam to reverse that order: decide the maximum loss first, place the stop where the idea is wrong, then calculate size.
We work with people who already trade crypto from a PC — often after office hours, often with a calculator or spreadsheet open beside the chart. Our job is the risk math and the discipline around it, not market prediction.
Origin
The practice formed after years of watching friends in Seoul’s trading circles survive entries and fail on exits sized for a different account. Conversations that began as informal evening reviews became booked sessions with a written sheet at the end. The office at 16 Eonju-ro 30-gil keeps that same evening-desk feel: quiet, concrete, no sales theatre.
How we work
- We ask for real equity bands and real past trades.
- We refuse to discuss “guaranteed” setups.
- We write numbers you can recompute without us.
- We speak in the language of stop distance, risk units, and drawdown — not slogans.
Values
Clarity over cleverness. A simple risk unit you follow beats a complex model you abandon.
Honesty about limits. We do not manage capital and we do not claim to remove losing trades.
Respect for the desk. Sessions fit the hours desktop traders actually keep, including late evenings KST.
People
Sessions are conducted by planners who have sat both sides of the desk — as discretionary traders and as reviewers of other people’s books. Credentials in this field are measured by whether clients can restate their size formula a month later, not by certificates on the wall.
Community
We stay close to Seoul’s retail and semi-pro crypto desks through word of mouth and desk notes published on this site. If you trade from elsewhere in Korea or abroad, online sessions use the same structure.
