Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, session type, optional account size band, and message content
• Booking correspondence and session notes needed to deliver the consultation
• Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site (if analytics cookies are accepted)
• Cookie preference stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key

We do not ask for exchange passwords, seed phrases, or government ID through the website form.

Purposes

• Responding to inquiries and scheduling sessions
• Delivering position-sizing and stop-loss planning work you requested
• Improving site reliability when analytics are consented
• Meeting legal accounting and dispute needs

Retention

Inquiry emails without a booking are kept up to 12 months. Client session files are retained up to 24 months after the last session unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data, when enabled, follows the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or a valid legal order.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit data to what the service requires.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@devnetops.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Children

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
