Acceptance
By accessing https://devnetops.digital or booking a session with DevNetOps Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
DevNetOps Digital provides educational and advisory consultations on position sizing and stop-loss risk planning for desktop crypto traders. We do not provide investment management, brokerage, custody, or guaranteed trading results. All decisions to trade remain yours.
Bookings and fees
Session fees are confirmed in writing before payment. Pricing pages are informational. A booking is accepted when we confirm date, format, and fee by email.
Intellectual property
Site content, desk rule sheet templates, and written materials we produce for you remain our intellectual property. You may keep and use materials delivered for your personal trading desk. You may not resell, republish, or present them as your own product.
User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information about equity bands and positions for sessions, and not to misuse contact forms for spam or unlawful purposes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DevNetOps Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from session advice. Our aggregate liability for a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
